1. Service
your hiring guide is an AI-powered hiring intelligence tool. We generate hiring plans, market data summaries and pricing references for the role and location you submit. Outputs are for guidance only — verify pricing and salary figures with the vendors and sources directly.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service for lawful, professional hiring planning. You won't scrape, reverse-engineer, resell or use outputs to train competing models.
3. Engagement with delivery partners
Where you request a free consultation or candidate shortlist, we may introduce you to a vetted delivery partner. Any commercial contract for recruitment services is between you and that partner. Final fees, terms and replacement guarantees are confirmed in writing before work starts.
4. No warranty on data
Salary, candidate-pool and pricing data are estimates produced by an AI model on top of public market sources. They are accurate to the best of our knowledge at generation time but are not a substitute for live vendor quotes or formal market research.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for hiring decisions taken on the basis of generated plans. Use them as one input alongside your own judgment.
