1. What we collect
When you generate a plan we collect: your name, business email, company, and the role brief you submit (title, location, work type, experience, optional description). When you submit a hiring request or partner application, we collect the form fields you complete.
2. How we use it
We use your information to generate your hiring plan, store it so you can return to it, and to contact you about the hire — including matching you to a vetted delivery partner if you request a consultation.
3. AI processing
Your role brief is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate the plan. We do not allow your data to be used to train their public models.
4. Sharing
We share your contact details with a delivery partner only when you explicitly request a consultation or candidate shortlist via the "Free consultation" or "Request candidates" flows.
5. Storage and retention
Plans and form submissions are stored securely on Lovable Cloud (powered by Supabase) within the EU/UK region where possible. You can request deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data. Email us via the contact details on the home page.
